Mr. Andy C. Bennett is a Partner in Govind Development, LLC born Corpus Christi, Texas and current resident.  Mr. Bennett graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station from the College of Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Mr. Bennett is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and was the 2009 President and current Past President for the Coastal Bend Chapter.   Mr. Bennett is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International. Mr. Bennett is a committee member for Rotary’s clean water initiative projects in Honduras.  Mr. Bennett has managed projects in the environmental, petrochemical, refining, oil and gas distribution, pipelines and mining industries for the past fourteen years.
  
Mr. Bennett is a qualified professional in all aspects of project execution including project economics and accounting, procurement and materials handling, project controls and reporting, project construction and installation.   He has managed a portfolio of projects, project managers, engineers and designers for the past six years and excels at integrating project sponsors goals and expectations with results accomplished through aligned project execution.  Mr. Bennett is familiar with international projects, government relations and requirements.  Mr. Bennett has worked with specific projects in Africa, Europe and the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.  Mr. Bennett has owned and operated several companies in Texas including businesses for residential, commercial and industrial construction; drilling water and shallow gas wells; and providing engineering, design and procurement management consulting services.

Cleve is currently a project manager with Onyx Engineering. He has more than 30 years of engineering and management experience in the process industries with Monsanto, Kerr McGee, Coastal Corporation and Flint Hills. He has held positions in engineering, plant maintenance and construction. Cleve is a registered professional engineer (PE) in Oklahoma and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla. 
 
Cleve is a charter member of the PMI Coastal Bend Chapter and besides his current board position he has served as First Vice President and Vice President of Professional Development.

John has over 25 years of IT/IM and Project Management experience, including 20+ years' software development in engineering, aerospace, accounting, environmental protection, and retail in private, public and government industries. Over the last 20 years John has served California and Texas clients including U.S Navy, U.S. Army, E-Systems, Inc, Gray Environmental Consulting, Inc, Urban Engineering, Regional Transit Authority.

John for the past 6-years has been the PMO Project Manager for the U.S. Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA). John manages software design, development, deployment and maintenance of all public and private web sites. Using PMI for project management guidelines and, as a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level II sponsor and organization, he manages the project developments of new and older Web sites and applications with an annual project budget of $2.25M.

John is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified as a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) workforce employee. He has a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics (MSAM) and is work on his MIS and MBA.

John is married to his beautiful wife, Nianlin for 5+ years. Together they have three wonderful children: daughter, Dr. Shannon Carter, PhD professor at Texas A&M University, son, Eric Carter, AMD, Inc., Austin and son, Qimin Sheng, CACI in San Antonio.

Vice President Professional Development

Shawn P. Bodine, PE, PMP is currently a Project Manager for Flint Hills Resources with 30 plus years experience over design and construction projects in industrial, power, commercial, institutional, military, and real-estate development sectors.  He received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2005 and became an active board member of the Coastal Bend PMI chapter, attending several region and Global PMI leadership meetings.  Shawn is a licensed Professional Engineer in thirteen states, a Certified LEED Professional, and holds a Class A & B Contractors license in California. Shawn has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas AM Kingsville and an MBA from the University of Utah.
